Cape Tire Shop Inc

I’ve never read the reviews for this shop and came across them looking for the phone number and I can’t believe them to be true. I’ve been here 8 times over 6 years and have had tires put on the same day without appointments and twice within an hour. BMW run flats, S550 2 different sizes front to back, Nissan, Volkswagen Bug, Town & Country Van, 320CLK, 560SEL and lastly a Ford F150 XLT. I saved as much as $600 over the competition-plus super fast friendly service from a friendly owner & staff. I’m I tell everyone to go here and nobody Ihas ever been disappointed. All I can say is don’t believe everything you read. I’m sure for the people that need it- a used tire is a great service but it’s used and nobody can foresee the future of a used tire purchase, nobody.

If you Google any tire service or used tires shop and this cap carol used tires shop location pops up keep driving 😡 why!! Because the owner of the shop will overcharge and have his employees steal from you with no consequences. Let me tell you my story 🤨 I went to get my tires rotated back tire to the front passenger side .How about one of the workers at this shop Took it upon his self to switched out my new tire 🤔 and put a bad tire 🛞 with chunks cut out of the rubber all the way around back on my car. I didn’t notice right away because I was pressed for time running late to get to work because they took so long to complete this process with rotating my tires. Now I see why 😡 well today I called cap carol used tires shop and spoke With the owner of the shop who came off as nice until he realized who I was when I explained the situation. He became incompetent passed the phone off to one of his colleagues telling me that’s impossible and we can’t fix the problem over the phone then the phone went silent. I drove back up to the Cape Coral used tires shop and parked right in front of the shop, walked into the office and guess who I see? The owner sitting at the front desk who immedi

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, they are completely rude, they tell you one price and once you go to pick up your vehicle they upcharge you. They swapped out my tires and told me they couldn’t balance them because they couldn’t get the rim off and in order to do it they would have to fill my tires with beads to balance them which cost more. I went to the shop and took the rims off myself in front of them and showed them that they were lying. These people are crooks, thieves, liars and just over all a horrible place to take your business. Do not go here!!!! NO VENGA A ESTE LUGAR!!

Cape tire has been my go-to for the last 10 years, they are honest and fairly priced. I go to them for all my maintenance and repairs.

Like may of the other 1 star reviewers, if I could give it 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE! I always used to come here and get used tires. The last time I was here, they broke off two of my wheel stubs and didn’t replace my wheel locks that also broke off. Fast forward to Friday, 10/11 when I brought in my SUV for another rear wheel tire. When taking off the tires, one of the locks were cross threaded so of course, yet again they had to break it off in order to get the tire changed. I paid for a used tire and when putting on the new tire instead of hand tightening the locks first, they went straight to the impact gun to tighten it. This is exactly what causes cross threading in the locks. I drove the car home and it sat in the driveway all weekend. This morning, 10/13, I simply sat in the car started it up and heard a pop. Didn’t think anything of it. Before I could get 1 street over, the tire pressure light came on. I immediately pulled back to my driveway got out saw a huge crack in the tire and heard the air hissing out until it went flat. Called AAA to get the donut put on to get back to the shop. AAA driver informed me that another wheel lock was cross threaded and to drive
